This AR piece stirs nostalgic memories of our grandparents’ house, bathed in sunset’s warm glow. Kids on the street play marbles and classic games. As Mid-Autumn approaches, lanterns and mooncakes sprinkle the mural with the enchanting magic of the Mooncake Festival.
It features the nostalgic tune “Yuet Guong Guong” (Shiny Moon), a cantonese rhyme, celebrating childhood and the festival. This ukulele music is performed and recorded by the help of our friend, Kheng Wai.
About the ARtist
Seeing Artelier is currently a team of two. We aspire to become a hub where multidisciplinary artists and designers assemble, to unlock their potential and explore the possibilities in digital art expressions.
We believe that an art expression is a communication: to bridge the perspectives of the artists and the perceptions of the audience, in hopes for a positive change to the world. With the advancement of technology, we believe that art expressions can be more immersive and approachable to the audience.
