This series of sculptures with a combined total of 22 sculptures are located at 11 different spots along Jalan Chulan, Jalan Gereja and Jalan Melaka. The Lat Cartoon Series was designed by legendary Malaysia’s Cartoonist Datuk Mohamad Nor Khalid (better known as Lat).
