About AR
By introducing dynamic elements such as moving clouds, animated background action, and subtle changes in Enrique’s expression, we aim to deepen the viewer’s connection to the historical narrative, making the scene more vivid and engaging. The rope extending from the ship further immerses viewers, blurring the boundaries between the physical and digital realms.
About AR
In the olden times, cameras were rare and this artwork captures the excitement of the children having their pictures taken. We wanted to relive this memory by making a filter where the user is the photographer in this artwork.
About AR
Get a glimpse of what Malaysian life was back in the day. The filter shows a variety of tasks being done, with men focusing on field work and the women are seen carrying baskets of fruits, all while there are children playing and enjoying their youth. This encapsulates the Malaysian life back then as all tasks are being completed in a place devoid of technology.
About AR
Pago-pago was created with the idea of rehabilitating Asian modernism, which is why we headed into a more abstract approach with this AR filter. The textures start off distorted, then form into the original artwork. This allows us to maintain the theme of modernism and the artwork.
About AR
We wanted people to experience what Langkawi felt like at that point in time, with the cloudy night skies and the midnight breeze. We made sure to make the clouds spread out of the boundaries of the image to make it feel more realistic and more immersive. There is also a depth to the filter which makes it much more convincing and enthralling to users.
